IMPORTANT: Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms" or "ToS") carefully before using Coriolis IDP. These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Coriolis Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of India ("Coriolis," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Coriolis IDP software-as-a-service platform ("Service," "Platform," or "Coriolis IDP").

    • Maintenance Windows: Scheduled maintenance will be performed during off-peak hours with advance notice when possible

  4. User Content and Data Handling

    Content Ownership: You retain full ownership of all content, data, and materials you upload, submit, or create using the Service ("User Content").

  14. Limitation of Liability

    Liability Limitation: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

    Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, government action, war, terrorism, cyber attacks, or other causes beyond the reasonable control of such party.

  16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

    Jurisdiction: Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

    Dispute Resolution: Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiations for thirty (30) days.

  17. General Provisions

    Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our EULA and Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Coriolis regarding the Service.

    Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

    Amendment: These Terms may only be modified by written agreement or through our standard update process.

    Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms at any time.

    Relationship: These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the parties.

If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

These Terms of Service are effective as of the date stated above and will remain in effect until modified or terminated in accordance with the provisions herein.
